Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a direct service professional to support Persons Served in a GLE/SIE residential setting in Amesbury, MA. You will implement treatment plan interventions, assist with meals, and ensure a safe, clean living environment.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention support, documentation, on-call backup, and participation in trainings and supervision. Driving and lifting requirements are stated, with MAP compliance critical for medication handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree in a human service discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in a human services setting is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help Persons Served settle in and support PS with sleep difficulties.
• Implement PS Treatment Plan interventions as directed by LPHA Clinician.
• Perform day-to-day duties as assigned by Program Director.
• Use recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches with PS.
• Adhere to safety, licensing standards, and policies.
