Job summary

New Point Life Services in Virginia is seeking compassionate Overnight Residential Support Specialists to provide supervision and personal support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your role will ensure individuals are safe and prepared for the day ahead.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and active certification. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $21 per hour, along with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and support according to each Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Maintain a safe, secure, and calm residential environment throughout the night.
• Assist with bedtime routines, personal care, and overnight support as needed.
• Monitor health and well-being of individuals and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications following agency policies.
• Complete electronic documentation and required overnight reports.
