Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Virginia Beach is hiring Licensed Veterinary Technicians to support the inpatient overnight team. Overnight shifts are Tuesday through Friday, 7p–8a, with pay of $26.00–$33.00 per hour plus a competitive shift differential.

Candidates with VTS credentials may receive compensation commensurate with experience. The role offers opportunities to expand and grow clinically while working alongside skilled veterinary professionals.

Qualifications

• Licensed veterinary technician in good standing.
• Experience preferred with anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
• Ability to triage emergencies and obtain vitals.

Responsibilities

• Induce, monitor and recover anesthesia using monitoring equipment.
• Triage emergencies and monitor vitals including temp, HR, RR and BP.
• Perform digital radiography with proper positioning and technique.
• Mentor and train other co-workers, address client concerns.
