Pate Rehabilitation, an affiliate of Rehab Without Walls, seeks a Caregiver / Rehab Tech for overnight shifts in Anna, TX. You will attend to patient needs, assist with daily living activities, and document care according to the treatment plan.

Role includes transporting patients, coordinating with the care team, and performing medication assistance as applicable; benefits include medical/dental/vision, disability, tuition reimbursement, PTO, 401(k), FSA, EAP, and more.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work with patients, families and staff.
• Must pass Rehabilitation Technician Training.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Aufgaben

• Attend to patient needs per treatment plan while ensuring safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Maintain adequate activity level for all patients.
• Transport patients to appointments as needed.
• Provide medication assistance when applicable.
• Document care thoroughly and report urgent matters immediately.
• Facilitate patient visits and other duties as assigned.
