Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Technician to work with our patients in an in-patient setting. This role supports daily living activities, patient transfers, and adherence to treatment plans, with a Weekday Overnight shift (11pm–7:30am).

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills. Training and pre-employment screenings are provided and required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass provided Basic Rehabilitation Technician Training.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient needs in accordance with established treatment plan while ensuring safety and well-being of patients at all times.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including transfers as needed.
• Maintain adequate activity level for all patients.
• Transport patients to and from appointments as needed.

Weekday Overnight Monday - Friday 11pm-7:30am

  Salary Range

  USD $15.00 - $18.50 / Hour
