Join Summit Orthopedics as a registered nurse in our Surgical Admission Unit/PACU at the new Plymouth Bass Lake Surgery Center. In this role, you'll provide vital nursing assessments and interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a collaborative and patient-first environment. The position requires flexibility for 12-hour night shifts and offers various FTE options.

The SAU (Surgical Admission Unit) / PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) registered nurse provides skilled nursing assessment, plans and evaluates treatment, and administers appropriate nursing intervention to all patients admitted to the surgery center. The SAU/PACU registered nurse collects, interprets, documents, and communicates patient information in accordance with State and Federal guidelines, rules and regulations applicable to the facility setting.
This opportunity will be based at our new Plymouth Bass Lake Surgery Center set to open in the Fall of 2025. This position will train in both the ASC and Care Suites. Must be flexible to float to other Summit surgery centers as needed.
12-hour night shifts (7pm – 7am)
Available opportunities include 0.9 FTE, 0.75 FTE and 0.6 FTE.
Summit’s hiring range for this position is $39.44 to $52.65 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
