Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, AZ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time overnight shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) to join our multidisciplinary team caring for individuals with eating disorders.

The RN evaluates, monitors, administers medications, conducts nursing assessments, and collaborates with medical and psychiatric providers to develop and implement the Master Treatment Plan in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Valid nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience: minimum of one year preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission by obtaining orders and completing the initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Monitors vital signs and documents findings.
• Collaborates with treatment team for weekly patient consultations.
• Educates and supports safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Coordinates laboratory specimen collection and communicates results to the medical team.
