Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (as per hiring date).
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Strong communication and observation skills required.
• Familiarity with EMR and imaging workflow tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist imaging technologists in patient care before and after tests.
• Transport patients to and from radiology, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Review and present information from PACS/O2 for exams.
• Enter patient data into O2 to support radiology staff.
• Maintain supply par levels and report equipment malfunctions.
• Provide patient and family education on radiology procedures.
