Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a MQ Sampler I to inspect materials and samples across incoming and finished goods, ensuring GMP compliance. You will obtain representative samples, document findings, and perform data entry in Oracle/LIMS while maintaining inventory and adhering to safety standards.

The role requires basic computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), a high school diploma, and experience in quality processes. Ability to work shifts, and travel to facilities may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quality processes, inspection, and GMP environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Oracle and LIMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs raw material evaluation on all incoming shipments by inspecting the condition and appearance of material and packaging.
• Obtains representative lot samples.
• Completes necessary documentation pertaining to the sampling of raw materials and finished contract manufactured products, including logbook completion.
• Performs Oracle/LIMs data entry related to the sampling of raw materials.
• Maintains the inventory of sampled components.
• Maintains inventory of sampling supplies and submits supply requisitions to designated personnel.
• Performs housekeeping responsibilities in the sample booth.
• Performs audits to ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs.
• Communicates problems/out of specification issues to supervisor/lead.
• Completes inspection and disposition of customer return items at the Roselle warehouse.
• Truthfully and legibly completes required paperwork, written and electronic reports.
• Identifies and submits suggestions to improve efficiencies, quality and safety.
• Complies with safety and GMP requirements.
