Kids for the Future is seeking a compassionate QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Professional) for their overnight shift at Village at Belmar, a senior living community in Lakewood. You'll provide essential medication administration and hands-on care for residents, promoting their dignity and joy.

The ideal candidate will hold a QMAP Certificate, demonstrate reliability and professionalism, and manage daily activities for our elderly residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a QMAP Certificate.
• Criminal background check required for working with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Initiate and participate in leisure activities for residents.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform.
• Respond promptly to resident requests for assistance.
• Manage staff under supervision and delegate assignments.
