Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) in Dairy Science, Food Science, Biological Science, or a related field.
• Experience with compound light microscopy and/or prior lab or QA experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Testing incoming and outgoing products for compliance with standards.
• Performing bacteriological, chemical, and physical tests on goods.
• Auditing facility and verifying cleanliness of equipment.
• Conducting product sampling at various points through the supply chain.
• Troubleshooting quality issues with Production and Quality personnel.
