Job summary

Scott Cars is hiring an Overnight Facilities & Security Associate to patrol dealership properties during overnight hours (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM). The role involves monitoring properties, driving between lot locations, and ensuring doors and gates are secured, while maintaining showroom cleanliness and basic maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently overnight, holds a valid driver’s license, and can travel between multiple dealership locations during the shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual attendance required.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between dealerships/lot locations during shift.
• Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning and light maintenance duties.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and move items safely as needed.
• Previous experience in security, maintenance, custodial services, facilities, or similar is preferred but not required.
• Trustworthy and able to handle responsibility with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealership properties during overnight hours.
• Drive between dealership locations to check and monitor properties.
• Identify unusual activity, security concerns, or property damage.
• Report suspicious activity or maintenance issues to management.
• Ensure doors, gates, and designated areas are secured.
• Conduct routine property checks throughout the overnight shift.
• Respond to property or facility concerns per company procedures.
• Sweep and mop showroom floors and designated areas.
• Dust surfaces and maintain cleanliness of showroom and common areas.
• Empty trash and keep areas neat and orderly.
• Identify maintenance issues and report to management.
