Job summary

Scott Cars is seeking an Overnight Facilities & Security Associate to oversee security and property upkeep during the 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift. The role requires independent work, round-the-clock vigilance, and attention to safety and cleanliness across dealership properties.

The position emphasizes reliable attendance, ability to travel between dealership locations during the shift, and basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Reliable and dependable attendance is essential.
Must be comfortable working independently overnight.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel between the dealerships/lot locations during the shift.
Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
Ability to perform basic cleaning and light maintenance duties.
Must be trustworthy and able to handle responsibility with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Monitor dealership properties during overnight hours.
Drive between our dealerships/lot location to routinely check and monitor the properties.
Look for unusual activity, security concerns, property damage, or other issues.
Report any suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or property issues to management.
Ensure doors, gates, and other designated areas are properly secured.
Conduct routine property checks throughout the overnight shift.
Respond appropriately to property or facility concerns and follow established company procedures.
