Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealership properties during overnight hours.
• Drive between dealerships/lot to routinely check locations.
• Look for unusual activity, security concerns, or property damage.
• Report any maintenance concerns to management.
• Ensure doors, gates and designated areas are secured.
• Conduct routine property checks and respond to concerns per procedures.
• Sweep and mop showroom floors and common areas.
• Dust and clean surfaces, empty trash, and maintain cleanliness.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them.
