Job summary

The Property Protection Agent at Hotel ZaZa Dallas is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and visitors. The agent patrols interior and exterior areas, monitors surveillance and access controls, responds to emergencies, and protects hotel assets while delivering ZaZa's luxury service.

• Minimum 1 year of security, law enforcement, military, or hospitality experience.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas including lobby, pool, parking, guest floors, and event spaces.
• Monitor surveillance, access control, and alarm systems; respond to incidents.
• Respond promptly to emergencies: medical, fire, disturbances.
• Identify, document, and report suspicious activity or hazards.
• Protect hotel assets and guest property; greet guests professionally.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, F&B, and Housekeeping for seamless service.

The Property Protection Agent at Hotel ZaZa Dallas is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests, associates, and visitors. This role embodies ZaZa's commitment to genuine hospitality while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.
