Job summary

Pacific Quest on Hawaii Island seeks an Overnight Supervisor to lead Overnight Program Guides, supervise scheduling, and ensure a safe overnight environment for residents. You will act as the liaison to the daytime Program Management Team and oversee training, performance reviews, and staffing coordination.

Responsibilities include managing overtime within budget, coordinating hiring with HR, and supporting crisis prevention and resident care during night hours.

Qualifications

• Must maintain CPI-Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification from classroom training is required; Wilderness certifications acceptable.
• Must pass prehire and ongoing background and fingerprint checks, and drug screening.
• Annual physical and TB clearance required.
• Experience supervising residents in crisis and crisis prevention.
• Basic computer skills with Google Documents, Gmail, and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Overnight Program Guides, scheduling and training.
• Liaise between Overnight Team and daytime Program Management.
• Oversee nightly operations, safety checks, and medication self-administration monitoring.
• Lead hiring processes, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Plan weekly staff schedules and manage overtime within budget.
• Cover overnight shifts as needed and coordinate with HR on staffing needs.
