Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations in Foley, MN. You will supervise production staff, drive safety and quality, and ensure efficient workflow while maintaining a productive team atmosphere.

The role requires leadership experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to run a shift in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered with overnight scheduling from Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree, technical training, manufacturing coursework, or leadership development training is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Train and coach operators on equipment, procedures, and work instructions.
Assign work and manage staffing to maximize efficiency, yield, and uptime.
Monitor production metrics including efficiency, downtime, scrap, and labor performance.
Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and training topics.
Address employee concerns, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain housekeeping standards throughout production and warehouse areas.
Complete performance reviews, coaching, and employee development activities.
Manage inventory of production tools and supplies.
