Nature's Touch Frozen Foods is seeking a 3rd Shift Production/Sanitation Supervisor in Front Royal, VA. You will supervise the overnight shift, coordinating production and sanitation to ensure smooth handoffs and regulatory compliance.

A strong emphasis on food safety, quality, and continuous improvement is expected. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, production, or sanitation operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-of-shift production activities and lead sanitation cycle.
• Supervise hourly production and sanitation team members across both functions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and a safe, clean facility for next production run.
• Maintain shift KPIs and documentation; ensure accurate production counts and reporting.
