Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company in Red Wing, MN is hiring for 3rd shift (Overnight) Production Operator roles. Starting wage is $24.95/hour base plus a $0.75/hr shift premium, totaling $25.70/hr, with potential increases to $30.60/hour after qualification.

10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, union shop, benefits provided. Positions require adherence to safe work practices, attention to quality, and ability to work in a team or independently to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs.
• Ability to read & write English.

Responsibilities

• Work on 3rd shift (Overnight) Production Operator roles with a focus on safety, quality output and efficiency.
• Operate production equipment, maintain clean and organized work area and follow standard work practices.
• Team or individual work while meeting productivity targets and quality standards.
