Responsibilities

• Operate pressure-washing equipment to clean sidewalks, walkways, entrances, common areas, and other assigned surfaces.
• Remove dirt, stains, spills, gum, debris, and buildup from exterior surfaces.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and cleaning priorities.
• Inspect work areas and ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned.
• Identify areas requiring additional attention and address them without constant direction.
• Set up, operate, and properly store pressure-washing equipment, hoses, tools, and supplies.
• Follow proper procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and safely manage hoses and equipment to reduce trip or other hazards.
• Protect surrounding property, fixtures, landscaping, and surfaces while performing pressure washing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment problems, property damage, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to management.
• Follow company and property safety and security procedures.
• Complete assigned work within the scheduled shift.
• Perform other cleaning or property-related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Employees may be required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Push, pull, carry, and maneuver pressure-washing equipment and hoses
• Lift, carry, move, and position up to 40 pounds
• Navigate varying outdoor surfaces, curbs, and walkways
• Work around water and wet or slippery surfaces
• Perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
