Job summary

Dexterra is seeking an experienced Exterior Pressure Washer Cleaner to maintain outdoor mall areas, sidewalks, walkways and parking surfaces using pressure washing equipment.

This full-time, early-shift role requires working outdoors in all weather, starting at 3:00 AM, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour based on experience. Previous pressure washing or exterior maintenance experience is an asset, and weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Clean exterior sidewalks, walkways, entrances and other areas.
• Remove dirt, debris, stains and buildup from exterior surfaces.
• Assist with cleaning parking areas and exterior mall areas.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to procedures.
• Complete duties within required timelines.
• Identify hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain equipment and report issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for mall visitors and tenants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Exterior Pressure Washer Cleaner to join our team at a busy outdoor shopping mall.

This position is responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of the property, including sidewalks, walkways, parking areas and other outdoor surfaces using pressure washing equipment and other cleaning tools.

This is an early-morning, physically active outdoor position . The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including rain, cold temperatures, heat, snow and wind.

Previous pressure washing, janitorial, commercial cleaning or exterior maintenance experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Clean exterior sidewalks, walkways, entrances and other assigned areas.
• Remove dirt, debris, stains and buildup from exterior surfaces.
• Assist with cleaning parking areas and other exterior mall areas.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to established procedures.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties within required timelines.
• Identify and report hazards, damage or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain equipment and report any equipment issues to management.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for mall visitors, tenants and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This is an outdoor mall environment , and employees will be required to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in:

• Heat and humidity

• Changing weather conditions

The position also requires starting work at 3:00 AM .

Previous pressure washing experience is an asset.

Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning or exterior maintenance experience preferred.

Please note: This is an outdoor, physically demanding position with a 3:00 AM start time. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
