Job summary

Kept Companies in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an overnight pressure washing technician to service residential and commercial properties. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, prepare surfaces, and remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants while following safety protocols.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license with clean record, ability to lift 50–70 lbs, pass background and DMV checks, and availability from 6pm to 6am.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check.
• Must be available to work from 6pm-6am.
