Job summary

Canteen in Everett, WA is hiring for a full-time Porter. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house areas and supporting food service operations. Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures when handling dishes and during service.

Responsibilities

• Keeps tables bused, cleared and cleaned during peak service times.
• Transports dishes and utensils from front of house to kitchen using trays or carts.
• Washes dishes, glasses and pots and cleans cooking stations to maintain sanitation.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Assists with receiving heavy deliveries and stores items safely.
