Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas, including tables, counters, floors and beverage stations.
• Ensures tables are bussed and cleaned during peak service and prepared for service.
• Transports dishes and utensils safely between front of house and kitchen.
• Washes dishes and maintains sanitation standards; cleans cooking stations and equipment.
• Receives heavy deliveries and stores them following safety lifting guidelines.
