Job summary

Pretium Packaging - USA is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Line Operator to run high-performing molding lines overnight in Greensboro, NC. You will set up machines, monitor performance, and ensure quality.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years' plastics/packaging experience; ERP familiarity is a plus. You will follow SOPs, maintain 5S, and document production and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical coursework is a plus.
• 1–2 years of related experience in plastics/packaging.
• Familiar with computers/ERP systems (Maintain X a plus).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines per SOPs and product standards.
• Monitor KPIs and machine conditions; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect in-process and finished goods against drawings; take corrective action.
• Maintain line inventory; request replenishment as needed.
• Ensure smooth shift handoff and complete production, quality, and maintenance records.
