Job summary

PharmcareUSA is seeking an energetic Pharmacy Technician to join our overnight team in Ohio. The position is Full-Time with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with some matching, life insurance, FSA/HSA, and paid time off.

Key duties include handling inbound calls, researching issues, data entry, processing charges from medication profiles and floor stock forms, and preparing department correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-coming phone calls; research issues, problem solve and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform basic administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typing
• Maintain excellent attendance to schedules; stay on task
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Process all charges generated by the department; work from the medication profile, individual charge cards and floor stock forms
• Type all correspondence for the department
• Establish and maintain office and general files for the department
