Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician for a full-time overnight data entry and customer service role.

You will perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, answer phones, process orders and respond to inquiries to ensure accurate and timely service. The ideal candidate has pharmacy experience, familiarity with LTC medications, strong attention to detail, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician required.
• Experience in pharmacy settings.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
