Job summary

Consonus Pharmacy Services, LLC in Oregon seeks a Pharmacist for Customer Support in a part-time overnight role. You will answer facility drug questions, manage emergencies, and review med lists while guiding staff to uphold service standards.

You’ll perform DURs, ensure quality service, and support one-call resolution. The position involves night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon pharmacist license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work overnight shifts including rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer facility drug related questions and assist with problems by directing to appropriate staff.
• Obtain emergency orders by contacting prescribers via phone.
• Conduct DURs and review medication lists.
• Assist technicians with first line phone answering to maintain service levels.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and assess call recordings.
• Provide excellent customer service and strive for one-call resolution.
• Provide pharmacist oversight for night shift technicians and be a positive representative of Consonus.
• Assist in training staff as appropriate.
