Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field.
5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or radiopharmaceutical production.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Experience leading quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to work overnight, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
Ability to lift/move materials up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the PET radiopharmaceutical production facility and pharmacy.
Oversee radionuclide production, radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, dispensing, and distribution.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant production and delivery of customer orders.
Manage inventory levels, production planning, and resource allocation.
Monitor performance and drive process improvements for productivity and quality.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Lead recruiting, training, scheduling, and employee development.
Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
