Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Radiopharma Solutions in Phoenix seeks a Production/Nuclear Pharmacy Manager to lead PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production and delivery of diagnostic products.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, quality systems, and a high-performing team, with overnight shifts and weekend/on-call schedules as needed, toward continuous improvement and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, radiopharmaceutical production, or highly regulated environments.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Experience leading quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing performance, workforce planning, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of PET radiopharmaceutical production facility and pharmacy.
• Oversee production, quality control, dispensing, and distribution activities.
• Ensure compliant production and timely delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory, planning, and resource allocation.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
