• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead PET radiopharmaceutical production facility and pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliant production, quality control, dispensing, and distribution.
• Maintain inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across site.
• Develop and coach a high performing exempt/non-exempt team.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and site financial performance.
