Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate as required by facility regulations.
• Current BLS card is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate and revise plan of care as patient status changes.
• Apply therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and notify supervising physician.
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness of interventions.
• Review care plans and coordinate education, goal setting, and discharge needs.
