Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to care for a pediatric patient in the family home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Roles include full-time or part-time day and overnight shifts with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• Health certificate current.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Initiate plan of care and update as patient status changes.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervene for changes in patient condition and report to physician or supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor outcomes.
• Review care plans and protocols; identify education and discharge planning needs.
