Job summary
Trillium Family Services in Corvallis, OR seeks a Pediatric Mental Health Nurse (RN or LPN) for an awake overnight residential setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet clients' physical and mental health needs and oversee medication management.

Qualifications
- Unrestricted RN or LPN license or anticipated licensure within 6 months.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and safely.
- Trauma-informed approach to employee and client interactions.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, respect and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Works with an interdisciplinary team to address clients' mental and physical needs.
- Identifies and assesses developing needs and applies nursing process accordingly.
- Coordinates with pharmacies, labs and hospitals as needed.
- Oversees medication administration and collaborates with specialists.
- Provides health education to clients and staff in groups or individually.
- Participates in quality improvement to maintain care standards.
