Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational automotive training desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance; basic math skills required.
• Able to operate manual transmission; read and follow English instructions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Adherence to safety policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect lubrication levels and apply proper lubrication as needed.
• Inspect new vehicles for damage and missing components.
• Replace defective items using hand tools per specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify brakes, transmission and engine operation.
• Activate equipment (windows, seats, lights) to verify standards.
• Assist in other Service Department areas as required.
