Qualifications

• BCLS certification required upon hire or transfer.
• De-escalation training must be completed by orientation end (90 days).
• Equivalent related work experience or Nurse Aide program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care per predefined guidelines and plan of care.
• Follow infection control guidelines and hospital procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain patient safety and document care activities as required.
