Singing River Health System’s Patient Care Associate role in Gulfport provides basic nursing care under RN/LPN guidance, following CDC infection control guidelines and internal care plans. You will work 7:00pm-7:00am at the Singing River Gulfport Hospital, focusing on patient comfort, safety, and documentation while maintaining professional communication and teamwork.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, CNA certification preferred, and be able to complete de-escalation and BCLS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CNA certification preferred.
• Nurse Assistant/Aide program preferred.
• Must complete and maintain BCLS certification.
• Must complete de-escalation training by orientation (90 days).
• Equivalent related work experience or completion of a Nurse Aide program required.

Responsabilités

• Provides basic nursing care per predefined guidelines under RN/LPN supervision.
• Follows CDC infection control guidelines and internal care plans.
• Performs duties in accordance with hospital procedures and policies.
• Maintains patient safety, comfort, and documentation as assigned.
