Qualifications

• Be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain this position as your only full-time job due to overnight scheduling, safety, and performance requirements.
• Have a clean and valid driver's license - a driver abstract will be reviewed prior to hiring.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a parking lot sweeper truck between commercial properties.
• Pick up trash and litter in parking lots and surrounding areas.
• Empty garbage cans and replace liners.
• Operate handheld blowers and other equipment.
• Break down cardboard for recycling.
• Perform general exterior cleaning and maintenance.
• Log arrival and departure using a company-issued tablet.
• Report property issues to management.
