Job summary

Acacia Facility Services is seeking a non-CDL Sweeper Driver for night work at commercial shopping centers. You will operate a parking lot sweeper truck, blow sidewalks with a leaf blower, and service routes independently while handling duties such as trash pickup, landscaping cleanliness, and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Night shift experience required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Card and pass drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate Parking Lot Sweeper equipment and inspect daily for safe operation.
• Sweep store parking lots and use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks and docks.
• Change trash bags and hand-pick litter around buildings and landscaping areas.
• Wear company uniform, pants, and boots and use PPE provided.
• Apply salt and deicers to parking lots/sidewalks before and after winter events.
• Load salt into the salt truck using a skid steer or loader (training provided).
• Review routes, be proactive, and ask questions if needed.
