Job summary

Monster Brewing Company in Longmont, CO is seeking an Overnight Packaging Manager to oversee packaging operations and lead a team of Operators, Technicians and Leads. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards and managing scheduling and performance.

• Engage in improvement projects with Brewery Operations leadership.
• Screen, interview and hire new Packaging staff.
