Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Overnight Order Picker to support the Order Fulfillment Manager at our retail location. You will pick, consolidate, slot, and complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with our goals across sales, inventory, and merchandising teams.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
• Service leadership approach with a desire to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals
• Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area
• Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
