Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Overnight Order Picker to support the Order Fulfillment Manager in our Baltimore branch. You will accurately pick, consolidate, slot, and complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with sales, inventory, and merchandising goals.

In this role you will operate pallet jacks and other equipment to fulfill customer orders, maintain safety standards, and communicate status or issues to management.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or powered equipment preferred.
• Comfort with maintaining clean, safe order fulfillment areas and meeting efficiency targets.

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately using pallet jacks or powered equipment.
• Complete all order fulfillment tasks aligned with branch goals and metrics.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and accuracy targets set by the branch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area.
• Communicate discrepancies or order status to the Order Fulfillment Manager.
• Assist with additional tasks to support smooth location operations.

Job Summary

The Overnight Order Picker with The Restaurant Store is responsible for supporting the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process within a retail branch location. The Overnight Order Picker will fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing all functions related to order fulfillment in alignment with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandising teams.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area
• Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
