The Restaurant Store is seeking an Overnight Operations Manager to oversee physical merchandising and operational goals for a retail location. You will drive efficient time management to align sales, fulfillment, and inventory teams while ensuring safety and maintenance of store facilities.

Responsibilities include optimizing replenishment, maintaining displays, supporting order fulfillment, and leading overnight staff.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management with a merchandising focus.
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Optimize sales based on effective product replenishment throughout the branch location.
Ensure a high level of organization and neatness during inventory replenishment tasks.
Maintain promotional displays that highlight promotional items effectively.
Support order fulfillment by managing order pulling as needed during shift.
Communicate with other department managers to meet customer needs promptly.
Collaborate with Branch/Assistant Branch Manager for safety and maintenance of building and equipment.
Manage employee relations as needed.
Support development and training of overnight team on operational goals.
Perform additional tasks to ensure smooth location operations.
Manage building safety by handling keys and alarm codes as per policy.
Maintain overall store cleanliness.

Job Summary

The Overnight Operations Manager with The Restaurant Store is responsible for managing the physical merchandising of all items for a retail branch location. Under direction of the Branch Manager, the Overnight Operations Manager is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals through effective time management strategies that align with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

Optimize sales based on effective product replenishment throughout the branch location
Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing inventory replenishment tasks
Maintain promotional displays throughout store that highlight promotional items in an effective manner
Support order fulfillment methods of location by managing order pulling as needed throughout shift
Communicate effectively with other department managers to ensure needs of customers are met in a timely and ongoing basis
Communicate with Branch / Assistant Branch Manager to support the safety and maintenance of the building and equipment
Manage employee relation issues as needed
Support the development and training needs of the overnight team related to operational goals and position requirements
Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
Manage building safety by holding keys to the building and using alarm codes as outlined in company policy
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management with a specific focus on merchandising management

Education
