Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in human services, counseling, psychology, or social work preferred.
• State approved credential OR minimum one year of experience in a mental health setting.
• Minimum one year of lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of overnight staff to meet mission and staffing ratios.
• Oversee overnight staffing, scheduling, and resource coordination for consistent patient care.
• Manage payroll, time-off requests, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
