Job Summary

The Overnight Operations Lead Supervisor manages overnight parking lot operations, leads a diverse team, and operates equipment as needed. This role requires strong leadership, office management skills, and field duties such as driving sweepers and safety inspections. Flexibility and hands-on leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Manage overnight non-CDL and CDL teams to ensure operational success.
2. Create weekly/monthly schedules and daily routes.
3. Report safety alerts and incidents promptly.
4. Conduct quality assurance and client research.
5. Spend 25-50% of time in the field performing equipment operation and safety inspections.
6. Operate sweepers, dump trucks, and perform minor mechanical checks.
7. Ensure proper PPE use and safety protocols.
8. Review routes, clarify instructions, and complete tasks efficiently.
9. Report equipment issues and safety incidents immediately.
10. Verify trucks are refueled and cleaned at shift end.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Leadership experience and strong office skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs., operate equipment, and perform manual tasks.
• DOT Physical required (paid by company).
• Effective communication skills.
