• Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMA, HCFA, OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the overnight shift and ensure coordinated patient care.
• Enforce Standards of Care and Practice and hospital policies.
• Develop staffing schedules based on patient needs.
• Ensure infection control, safety and risk management policies are followed.
• Coordinate treatment planning and evaluate program effectiveness.
