New Haven Residential Treatment Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for a part‑time night shift position in Spanish Fork, Utah. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and support trauma‑informed adolescent mental health treatment.

Applicants must hold Utah LPN/RN licensure, have a clean driving record, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years of age.
• Active LPN or RN license in the State of Utah
• Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical charting, and medication administration
• Skilled in physical health assessments and standard nursing tools
• Comfortable with word processing software and basic network navigation
• Willingness to receive professional feedback and participate in ongoing training
• CAQH profile and NPI number required for credentialing

• Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
• Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior.
• Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team.
• Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation ensuring 24/7 medical support.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation.

Hourly Pay: $24.00 – $39.00 per hour (DOE & License)

Schedule: Mon-Wed + every other Sunday | 10pm-8am
