Job summary

Big Y Foods, Inc. is seeking a Night Crew Clerk to support the grocery team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the freshest quality products on the night shift.

The role focuses on keeping departments stocked, rotated, cleaned, and properly leveled, while representing Big Y’s culture of caring and adherence to company policies. Flexibility to cross-train and communicate professionally is required.

Job description

The Night Crew Clerk is responsible for supporting the grocery team in providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Night Crew Clerk maintains department conditions to include proper stocking, rotating, cleaning and leveling product.

• Ability to represent and support Big Y’s culture of caring while living our Mission & Vision.

• Must project a clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate machinery.
