The Cradle Company in San Francisco, CA is seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to provide overnight awake care for a newborn. The role emphasizes safety, monitoring, and supporting parents through the night.

Ideal candidates will have extensive newborn experience, BRUE and laryngospasm awareness, and hold current infant CPR/First Aid certification. The assignment runs July through September, with 4–6 nights per week from 10pm–6am.

Formación

• Licensed RN with the ability to work overnight.
• Experience with BRUE and laryngospasm risk factors.
• Extensive newborn and infant care experience required.
• Infant CPR and First Aid certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide awake overnight newborn care, keeping baby upright all night.
• Support feeding, diapering, soothing, and settling baby back to sleep.
• Monitor infant and ensure a safe sleep environment throughout the night.
• Support parents in achieving rest and recovery overnight.
• Follow family guidance and newborn care best practices.
