Qualifications

• Overnight newborn care experience.
• Strong knowledge of newborn feeding, sleep development, and routines.
• Experience with breast-to-bottle transitions.
• Experience with gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep shaping/training.
• Able to work independently and stay attentive overnight.
• Excellent communication, reliability and organization.
• Comfortable in a home with a mini poodle.
• Willing to meet family vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight care for the newborn.
• Handle overnight feedings, diaper changes, soothing, burping and general care.
• Assist with breast milk pumping logistics as needed.
• Support breast-to-bottle transition and sleep routines.
• Maintain nightly logs of feeds, sleep, and diaper changes.
• Communicate proactively about the baby’s needs and concerns.
